Moving and handling training for a few of the staff last month. 📝 This is one of our mandatory training days here at CorderCare, and it gives us the knowledge we need in order to use the various types of equipment, safely and efficiently. The carers are given the opportunity to use the equipment themselves, which allows them to understand how it feels when they use this equipment to assist service users. Needless to say, they all enjoyed their day! 😁
