Achieving the Homecare.co.uk top ten provider award for 3 consecutive years, CorderCare Ltd was established by husband and wife, Oliver and Joanne Corder. The driver behind starting the business was to provide a quality, person-centered care service that people deserve. The key difference with CorderCare is that our primary goal is not financial; we prioritise what we do based on our clients’ needs, in order to improve the quality of life experienced. Our directors strongly believe in making a true difference to people’s lives, and it is this genuine passion that guides us in what we do every day.
Our team
All our care workers have been recruited based on a genuine desire to help others. Our primary driver is not financial but rather making a true difference to customers’ lives.
Kim Lorraine
Our Care Manager, Kim Lorraine, has over 17 years' experience in the care sector, and has achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care Management, and her NVQ Level 2 and 3 in adult social care.

Our carers
All our care workers have been recruited based on their fundamental belief in making a positive difference to the lives of others. We truly are a company based on strong values, and pride ourselves on not being financially driven, but instead are driven by the urge to help others. All care workers undergo a rigorous interview and assessment stage before having Enhanced Criminal Records Checks (DBS checks) performed. The DBS check is performed to ensure the safety of all our clients, as we understand the trust being placed with us when within your home. We demand not only the right skills from our team, but a combination of this with the right attitude.
